Pardon Our Dust!

We're making a few changes at the library and thought you should know about them. Some are small changes, some are large, but all will make your library experience better.
  •  August 13-21 - the carpeting around the Centerville Library computer stations will be removed and a hard vinyl that can withstand the high traffic will be installed. During this time, there will be limited access to the computers.
  • August 14 - the Library will go live with a new phone system. Better routing technology should ensure fewer calls get  lost in the "phone abyss."
  • August 23 - the Library will replace the hardware for its computerized catalog system, Millennium. During this hardware upgrade, you will not be able to access your account, place items on hold, search the catalog, or access some online databases. Staff will be able to check out library materials but to ensure faster service, please bring your library card with you if you visit us on August 23rd.
We will do our best to minimize disruptions in library service and appreciate your patience as we perform these facility and technology improvements. If you have questions, please let us know.
