Vote Early!

If you're headed to college in the fall, being deployed, or otherwise will be away from home for November's Election Day, make sure you stop by the library to pick up an Application for Absent Voter’s Ballot.  Just complete the form, provide some necessary information as well as a copy of a current and valid photo identification, and a ballot will be mailed to your temporary address. If you return the Application to the library, we will mail it on your behalf to the Montgomery County Board of Elections and they will make sure you get an Absentee Voting Ballot. If your loved one has already left, you can still pick up an Application. Just mail it to your traveler and have them send it directly either to the library or the Board of Elections.

Need to update your address? You can now do so online at myohiovote.com. Ask staff at the Circulation Desk for an Application. A little pre-planning will ensure your vote counts this November.
